Best Films of the Decade - #21: The Diving Bell and the Butterfly (2007)

The Diving Bell and the Butterfly is a one-of-a-kind movie experience that puts you right inside the main character's body. Janusz Kaminski's inventive photography and Julian Schnabel's visionary direction allow the audience to feel the imprisonment that Jean-Dominique Bauby felt following a stroke that left him completely paralyzed, except for his left eye. This maximizes the emotional payoff by the end of the film. An incredible true story told through incredible film making.

Avatar over Slumdog Millionaire?

Dude, I think you messed it up. Avatar was okay at best.
Slumdog was amazing!
